Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–7 days for tier-2/3 regions. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout for select pin codes. You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS & email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Yes, COD is available for orders above ₹999. A nominal ₹49 handling fee applies. Prepaid orders enjoy free shipping and priority dispatch. All payments are secured via Razorpay & WooCommerce gateway encryption.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of confirmation via Track Order or WhatsApp. Once packed, cancellations follow our Returns Policy. Customized or bulk orders are non-cancellable after approval.

We currently ship to UAE, UK, USA, Canada & Australia via DHL/FedEx. Customs duties & taxes are borne by the recipient. Delivery takes 7–12 business days. Contact our concierge for exact freight quotes.

Perfumes are alcohol-based blends with top, heart & base notes for dynamic projection. Attars are pure, alcohol-free oil concentrates offering intimate, skin-hugging longevity (8–14+ hrs). Bakhoor is aromatic wood/resin burned to fragrance spaces, ideal for homes, cars & spiritual rituals.

Our EDPs (Eau de Parfum) last 6–10 hours, depending on skin pH, climate & application points. For maximum longevity, apply to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears) after moisturizing. Layer with matching attar for 12+ hour wear.

Yes. All LVARAA products undergo dermatological testing. We avoid phthalates, parabens & synthetic musk. Attars are 100% alcohol-free. If you have specific allergies, check the ingredient list on each product page or contact us for a patch test sample.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight & humidity (15–20°C ideal). Never store in bathrooms. Tighten caps after use. Properly stored, LVARAA fragrances maintain their integrity for 3–5 years.

Due to hygiene & product integrity, opened perfumes/attars cannot be returned. Unopened, factory-sealed items are eligible within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, defective or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge within 48 hours of reporting.

Photograph the outer box, inner packaging & product immediately. Email info@lvaara.com with your Order ID. We dispatch a replacement within 24 hours at no extra cost. No need to return the damaged unit.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If a fragrance doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a one-time exchange for another LVARAA scent of equal or higher value (within 7 days, unopened). Our goal is your complete olfactory satisfaction.
