Is online payment on Lvaara safe?
Yes. Payments go through secure gateways with authentication by your bank/UPI provider. Lvaara does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Will support ever ask for OTP?
No. Never share OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or passwords. Real support can help without those secrets.
I got a WhatsApp message about my “pending delivery fee”. What should I do?
Treat it as suspicious. Open Lvaara’s official Track Order / My Account pages yourself, and call 9310738252 to verify. Don’t pay unknown UPI IDs from chat messages.
Money left my account but order isn’t showing.
Wait a few minutes and recheck My Account and payment SMS/UTR. Avoid paying twice. If the order still doesn’t appear, contact support with payment reference details. See Payments policy for more.
